I never have peking duck in Singapore before so I don't really
know how it's served over there. Over here in Oz, you get the
skin and some meat too wrapped in the pastry.
Do you only get skin when eating Peking duck in Singapore?
There are really 2 versions
Just the skin
Or skin with a silver of meat
TBH I think with just the skin just taste better...and just the
skin is the much more common version too
